How We Got Started

On Deck Pool Service started in 2020 out of Jupiter, Florida. The idea was simple: show up on time, do thorough work, charge a fair price, and don't lock people into contracts. That was it. No complicated business plan, no venture capital — just a truck, some equipment, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Turns out, that's exactly what Jupiter homeowners were looking for. Word spread. One neighborhood led to the next. Abacoa to Tequesta, Tequesta to The Heights, The Heights to Palm Beach Gardens. A few years later, we're cleaning pools across all of northern Palm Beach County.

What We Believe

A pool should be clean when you want to use it. Period. You shouldn't have to call and remind your pool company to show up, or wonder if they actually tested the water or just dumped in some chlorine and left.

Every pool on our route gets the full treatment — surface to floor cleaning, chemical testing and adjustment, basket cleaning, and an equipment check. Every visit, every week. You get an update after each service so you know exactly what was done and how your pool's looking.

No Contracts, No Games

We don't believe in trapping customers with contracts. If we're doing a good job, you stay. If we're not, you should leave. That's the deal. It keeps us honest and motivated to earn your business every single week.
